token females? If someones causing issues... let staff know.. even if it's another staff member. Anyhow. I was just doing my duty as mod and letting people know that users were getting reported in the thread by other thread members.

dude, in my unsollicited opinion, you owe yourself a smoker - by all accounts of your bbq'ing commitment. i own a propane fuelled vertical stack smoker, and love it. the friends i have who own charcoal based smokers have to work just a little too hard for their meat, whereas the propane smoker only demands a resupply of chips every hour or so, and i usually sit around and read a book in the process. i love my smoker. as for the beer, i agree, i usually taste it more when i inject it in the meat. those injectors go for less then 20$, and i use mine for most of the meat i cook.
i'm gettin hungry just talkin about it.
cheers speedy.

hey speed, man thats impressive looking bbq'ing out of a regular grill. good on ya. i like tha apple juice spray. theres a big water bowl in my smoker that the heat and smoke travels over- so that it keeps the meat really moist thru steam- and i've put, well, a little bourbon in there in the past, a coupla cans of beer have found themselves in the water bowl, but maybe i'll put apple juice in there.
do you have a marinade injector?
